My passion is rooted in seeing people live their healthiest, most vibrant lives. While the physical transformations are incredible, it’s the mental and emotional breakthroughs that truly fuel my dedication to the health and fitness industry. GRITT was born from a deeply personal place-after losing my mother to ovarian cancer on 12.22.2016. For years, she was misdiagnosed by multiple doctors , and it wasn’t until an emergency incorrect surgery that her cancer was discovered; her illness and eventual passing shattered my sense of security, and losing her shook me to my core; I felt like my world had lost its foundation. But in my grief, I found a purpose.
I dove headfirst into learning everything I could about health and nutrition. Google Scholar became my lifeline, and certifications followed. I started questioning everything we’re taught about what it means to live a healthy life, and I became relentless in seeking the truth. My mother’s battle became the catalyst for my mission: to help others live healthier, fuller lives through a holistic approach to wellness.
My purpose is clear: to inspire resilience, empower transformation, and guide people toward living their healthiest, most vibrant lives.
GRITT is more than just a name-it’s a way of life. It represents courage, bravery, strength, determination, and the will to push forward no matter what life throws at you. This mindset is what I strive to instill in everyone I work with, because I believe that with GRITT, we can overcome anything.

My passion for movement began early—as a dancer, I discovered a fire in my soul that only grew stronger with time. Dance gave me purpose, expression, and joy for many years. When that chapter came to a close, I knew I needed to find a new outlet—something that would ignite that same spark.
That’s when I dove headfirst into fitness. I committed to my own training, earned my NASM CPT, and in 2019, made the leap into the fitness industry. I stumbled into a kickboxing studio, and from the very first punch, I was hooked. The power, the rhythm, the challenge—it felt like home. But even more powerful than the workout itself was witnessing others rise—watching clients do things they never thought possible became the most rewarding part of my journey.
Our bodies are capable of so much more than we give them credit for. When we shift our mindset and commit to the challenge, we unlock strength we never knew we had. And that’s what I live for—helping others discover that strength within themselves.

At 20, I picked up my first barbell and discovered my passion for strength training. That’s when everything changed. I learned that real growth doesn’t happen in our comfort zones—it happens when we push past our limits and challenge ourselves daily. In the gym, just like in life, we rise by setting higher standards and refusing to settle for average. Now, my mission is to help others do the same. I want every client to grow not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. To build confidence, a deeper sense of self-worth, and a healthy, empowering relationship with their bodies. Working out is more than reps and sets—it’s a mindset shift. It teaches us discipline, grit, and the belief that we are capable of more in every aspect of our lives. My journey with Pilates began from a personal place—seeking relief from scoliosis-related pain and postural imbalances. What started as a search for physical healing became a complete transformation: my body grew stronger, my pain faded, and I began to move with confidence, grace, and resilience.
That experience ignited a calling within me to teach. I know what it feels like to live in discomfort—and I know the power of finding your strength again. My approach is grounded in mindful movement and a commitment to helping others feel more connected, aligned, and empowered in their own bodies. I took a leap of faith into Pilates teacher training, and from that moment on, I was captivated by the power of movement to heal, strengthen, and transform both body and mind.
Teaching full-time opened my eyes to something even greater—the joy of guiding others on their own journeys. Whether leading a dynamic Pilates reformer session or a grounding yoga flow, I thrive on creating a space where people can reconnect with their bodies, move with intention, and build confidence in themselves.
I believe growth is a lifelong journey, and I’m always evolving in my own practice. My next goal? Training in prenatal yoga! No matter where you start, movement has the power to uplift, empower, and restore. My mission is to inspire others to feel strong, capable, and at home in their bodies.

Born in Haiti and raised in New York since the age of 9, I discovered fitness after childhood teasing about my weight left me feeling shy and withdrawn. The gym became my sanctuary—a place where I built not only strength, but also resilience and confidence.
For the past 7 years, I’ve dedicated myself as a NASM-certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and coach, helping others transform through group sessions, one-on-one training, and online coaching. My journey deepened after suffering ACL tears in college, an injury that ended my basketball path but opened the door to a lifelong mission: helping others rise stronger from their setbacks.
As a natural bodybuilding and NPC competitor, I continue to challenge myself, but my greatest fulfillment comes from seeing clients unlock their potential, embrace healthier lifestyles, and find joy in movement. My mission is simple: to make fitness not just a routine, but a life-changing journey anyone can succeed in.
