The Brave & Bold Collective is GRITT’s youth program designed to help young girls ages 8-12 build strength, confidence, resilience, and compassion — both inside and outside the gym.
Each session blends:
- movement and physical training
- confidence-building challenges
- teamwork and leadership
- mentorship and meaningful conversations
Our goal is simple:
Help young girls discover how strong they truly are — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
A Program That Grew Naturally
This program is now entering its second year at GRITT.
What began as a small and intimate program quickly became something families deeply connected with. Until now, it has grown entirely through word of mouth within our community.
Because of the impact it has had, we are now opening it to more families while keeping the experience intentional and personal.
PROGRAM SCHEDULE:
Saturdays & Sundays
12:00 PM – 1:30 PM


Movement & Strength
The first hour of each session focuses on physical activity that builds strength, coordination, and confidence.
Girls participate in age-appropriate exercises, teamwork challenges, and movement training that helps them develop a strong relationship with their bodies.

Reflection & Journaling
The final 30 minutes of each session is dedicated to guided reflection and journaling.
Girls explore topics like confidence, gratitude, resilience, leadership, and kindness — helping them develop emotional awareness alongside physical strength.

Mentorship & Community
The Brave & Bold Collective creates a space where girls feel supported, encouraged, and respected.
Participants build friendships, learn teamwork, and develop leadership skills that extend far beyond the gym.
